NRS AND ASSOCIATES

Overseas business setup

Business Setup Outside India

Structured coordination for Indian entrepreneurs and businesses evaluating entity formation, licensing, banking, accounting and compliance in the UAE, KSA or another overseas market.

An overseas company should be formed only after understanding the commercial activity, owners, customers, place of management, licensing route, banking needs, tax registrations and Indian regulatory consequences. Incorporation alone does not answer those questions.

NRS supports structure review, document planning, India-side tax and FEMA context, and coordination with appropriately licensed overseas providers. Exact formation, legal, immigration and local regulatory work remains subject to the selected jurisdiction and authorised service provider.

Local coordination

Indian-side planning can be coordinated through the Manjeri and Calicut offices, supported by the firm's India-UAE experience. Meetings may be local while formation steps involve the chosen overseas jurisdiction and authorised providers.

This is a specialist advisory route, not a city-keyword page. Local office links help clients identify where to begin; the substance concerns cross-border structure and continuing obligations.

Questions before you enquire

Should every Indian business choose a UAE free-zone company?

No. The suitable route depends on activity, customers, place of operation, ownership, employees, banking, tax and regulatory requirements. Free zone, mainland and other structures have different consequences.

Does company formation include banking and tax registration?

Not automatically. Formation, licensing, immigration, banking, tax registration and continuing filings are separate processes. The agreed scope should state which party is responsible for each.

Can NRS coordinate overseas setup from Manjeri or Calicut?

Yes. Indian founders can begin through either office. NRS coordinates the accepted advisory scope and works with appropriately authorised overseas providers where required.

NRS does not present itself as the licensing or legal authority in every overseas jurisdiction. Reserved local work is performed or confirmed by an appropriately authorised overseas provider.
